RG, I cannot believe another year has gone by without you in our lives. Reed is 3 years in towards his PhD in Forest Molecular Genetics & Biotechnology at Michigan Tech and has a great partner in Daniel. Catherine married a wonderful man, Micah, and we all know you would have enjoyed giving him a hard time. Sara and Colby made you a great uncle, when she gave birth to Gabriel Lee, the light in all our lives. The Huskers, well, let's just say they are headed in the right direction.
RG, life goes on, but it just isn't the same without you. Forever loved and forever missed,

Abbie

My twin brother and I met RG on the football field in 9th grade. We lived in McCook. The next 3 years of our lives we were in the weight room almost everyday knowing the only way to beat North Platte was to get bigger and faster and stronger because RG Arneson was a Man Mountain. We lost to North Platte by 1 point our Sr year. We owe every bit of success we had to RG. Our desire to compete and earn his respect pushed us 365 days a year. We had the opportunity to get to know him better in college. We went to OU but had NU friends that were Delts. We discussed him a lot over the years. He is one of the people that I will always envy and admire. He was so significant to me and my twin brother and we were lucky enough to tell him that. God Bless to the family.

Abbie and family, my mom Sandy Howerter just call to tell me about RG, so sorry to hear of his passing. I remember hanging at Tuck-away when we were kids. She also told me that his son Reed is at Western, what's his major? I'm thinking my daughter may connect with him and tell him his grandma and hers were best friends! Hugs to you all. (On a side note I almost named my son after Tucker, always loved the name!)

Abbie and others... Our Deepest condolences on RG's passing. I just wanted to share that he was always a positive spirited co-worker at Taylor, and could always be counted on for a positive spin on work there. Thoughts and prayers are with you and the boys.

So very sorry to see you have lost your brother. Our family remembers your mother, Nancy, as she was a cousin to our mother, Margaret Sherman Peterson. My grandmother was Helen Fiddock Sherman. Uncle Eddie Fiddock was her brother. My mother is now 86 & lives in Gothenburg NE & we saw RG's obit in the N Platte newspaper. Prayers for your Family & God Bless you all.
