Love to one of my favorite cousins. We had some great times growing up especially on Granny's front porch swing... all the things we could think of fun, fun, fun.

The 3rd anniversary of Sharin's passing is today and it seems like just yesterday we were visiting and she was telling me of her love and gratitude for her Heavenly Father. I'm sure she is anxiously engaged in His work in Heaven and feeling the peace and happiness of being His loved daughter.

I am Sharon's first cousin Dave. When I saw the volcano news today I decided to see if my long lost cousin was OK. So sorry to learn that she has passed. Sharin was six years older than me so we we not close or anything but the times I was around her and her brother Perry I thought that they were the most fun people ever. Rest in Peace

In 6 days it will be a year since Sharin went to join Bob and Linda and she still betters and enriches my life. She guides me through hard times, laughs with me during the funny moments in life. She sets me straight when I am being unreasonable. All of the advice and stories she shared with me, stay with me, helps me be a better person. How I miss this extraordinary woman. Yet, I am so deeply grateful for every moment that I had with her. Thank you, Sharin. I love you.

I find myself thinking of Sharin Lin often. I think of how when she felt something needed doing she would "Just Do It" immediately. She was a good friend and a continuing example!

Albeit I had not seen my aunt for some time, I will miss the few phone conversations we had since Linda's passing. I viewed the photos placed on this site, and am extremely appreciative of the one with Juanita, Aunt Sharin, and my father. Aunt Sharin, you will be missed but hope that you knew you were loved. Debbie (Shonkwiler) Hake

Rick & I flew back to WVA in 1993 to meet my Mom & Dad and we had the chance to spend time with Bob, Sharin-Lin and Linda at their home in Columbus. Sharin-Lin gave me a pink & white quilt. My favorite memory is of Dad, Bob & Sharin-Lin singing Amazing Grace while Bob played the guitar. If I find the pictures I will scan them...you are now reunited with your family..RIP.

The many friends Sharin Lin had in Hawaii, who treated her like their family, are a testiment to her love for others, gratitude, and sense of humor.

They are also a testiment to the true Aloha Spriit that is in Hawaii.
