I don't know what to say, 2 in less than a year, I never thought this would happen, and now he is gone. I am going to miss him so much, the Steelers was our thing together and his music world. He was special to me, he was the first child, and now he is the first to go, life is not fair and everyone goes through it, I love you Eric Johnson..........Dad!

In the short time you were in my life, I grew to love you as my brother. Eric you were truely a friend and as a man you were the all american guy. I know you are looking down on us now and i want you to know your family is safe and my family will always be here for yours.

Eric was my mom's and dad's first grandchild and my first nephew. As a baby he was so bright and quick that he became the gage we used for all the kids in the family. I close my eyes and see that laughing towheaded little boy running in the sunshine. I know he grew up to be a loving and responsible husband and father, but in my mind's eye he will always be that beautiful little boy.

Eric was my cousin. I would get so excited when he would visit us in Michigan. He loved to fish and was so passionate about it. He will be missed by all of us!

My heart aches today, through the loss of my brother. My brother Eric was always there for me, through thick and thin. As his little sister, I always looked up to him and admired his strength, courage, and determination. He was always protective and caring of me, and that I shall always remember. I will always remember the good times and laughs he brought with him. I will miss him dearly!

He was a man of great passion for everything he did, especially when it came to caring for family and friends. He was a brother in the fire service. You will be missed. I pray God comforts your family and friends.

This is a very sad day for everyone here. I hope that my words about my brother, Eric, will help alleviate some of your grief. I would like us to all share some fond memories and personal attributes throughout this memorial that made my brother such a wonderful person.
