To the family,
I am very saddened to hear of the passing of my ole friend, whom I have come to know as Blues. He was a person with a great heart and full of interesting stories. I will forever miss my monthly conversations with Blues when he would visit me at the Borough office in Hatfield. Our 20 minute chats were interesting and fun. Rest well my ole friend and one day we will continue where we left off. God Bless!
