A Short Biography

Dr. Abiola Oludolapo Adebowale was born on August 5th, 1954 in Lagos, Nigeria. His parents were Late Pa Robert Olatunji Adebowale (Pharmacist and Optician) and Late Mrs. Deborah Olufunmilayo Adebowale, nee Awofeso (Midwife and Nurse).
Dr. Abiola Adebowale had his elementary school education at St. Paul's School, Breadfruit, Lagos from 1959 to 1965. His secondary school education was at Government College, Ibadan, Nigeria from 1966  to 1971. He then attended the AIN SHAMS University in Cairo, Egypt from 1972 to 1980 where he graduated with a medical degree (M.B.Bch).  Dr Adebowale was enrolled in the Master of HealthCare Administration Degree Program at the Preston University, USA at the time of his glorious transition to heaven.

Dr. Abiola Adebowale worked as a Medical Doctor at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital, Lagos, Nigeria from 1984 to 1996. Dr. Abiola Adebowale was a Director with Robert Properties and Fulani Properties from 1987 to the date of his glorious transition to heaven.

Dr. Abiola Adebowale was re-born by God's Spirit on January 25th, 2010 as a child of God reconciled by our Lord Jesus Christ. He was a true OVERCOMER. He overcame by the blood of our Lord Jesus Christ and His perseverance through trials. One of his last statements during his last days on earth was that the Lord told him that he had the VICTORY. Dr. Abiola Adebowale is now enjoying that VICTORY because we know that he is now spending eternity with the risen living Christ. As the Bible States (James 1:12) Dr. Abiola Adebowale was truly a blessed man. He persevered under trials and stood the test, and now he has received the crown of life that God has promised to those who love him. And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose (Romans 8:28). Dr. Abiola Adebowale will always be remembered for his compassion and generosity towards all people and his gentle warm smile. He is forever missed by Dr. Abimbola Adebowale (sister and son Prince Eyo), Olumide Children (nieces and nephew and families) , Debbie Adebowale (daughter), Florence Adebowale-Ramos (daughter), and grandchildren (Leandro and Valentina Ramos), Professor Adenike Grange (step sister) and family, Mr. Adekunle Adebowale, Esq. (step brother) and family.
