Mother’s Day has come and gone and it was so hard without mom here. I want to pick up the phone to call and I can’t. The waves of emotions are unbearable sometimes as it continues to sink in that she gone.

Mom found Steven Furtick and the Elevation Church online/YouTube and she would watch the sermons every morning, sometimes she would watch sermons several different times in her day and would tithe to the church on a regular basis. Mom was so touched when they sent her a letter to tell where her donations had helped others and she received her little calendar❤

This church, Pastor and guest speakers/singers, all touched her heart and meant so much to her that she would share them with the rest of us. ❤

Diane Shaw took so many kids and people into her home and her heart on a regular basis and often rescuing them, offering encouragement and a safe place to be. She also did the same for all kids of animals over the years as well. Diane Loved nature and being outdoors as much as possible and working in her yard & gardens.

So many of our lives were changed for the Better just knowing her or meeting her, growing up with her, talking to her and because she Prayed for Everyone all the time... For God to care for and Bless everyone she has ever met/known and for those she either had yet to meet or may never know.

There was Always enough food to feed whoever showed up, coffee was always able to be on and the door was open for visiting, game night, movie night, needing a shoulder to lean on or an ear to vent or even just a hug.

She had Standards and Morals that were Expected to be kept whether you lived under her roof or not.
