On behalf of Idowu's friends at Great Place To Work Nigeria, we commiserate with the family of the Salamis, and the entire staff of Ideas House on the loss of a rare gem. We are saddened by this loss, but we know his demise is much more felt by you. May the Lord Almighty give you the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.

Idowu, thank you for being a great leader.

Idowu Salami was calm, meek and above all God- fearing. He was a quintessential fine gentleman who was strong, humble and selfless. His entire life exemplified Ephesians 4 vs 2. It was always a pleasure to be around him.

He showed his unconditional love to Simi ( our sister) and extended the love to our mother as well as our family. Idowu often made time to check on and spend time with our mother when he was in Ibadan.

His passing is a painful one for the Adesanya family. May God comfort and keep Bisola, Dani and Naomi as well as the entire Salami family.

Idowu your legacy lives on! Rest well....

Very sad! Am writing this tribute with pain in my heart. You’re too young to leave this earth. I believe God knows best.
