Three years passed. Just like yesterday. Uhnnn.... May your gentle soul continue to rest in perfect peace..Amen
Yemi Called me in 2018 when he was in Ogere.
“Mama Kunle I am in Ogere Looking for Shakiru”.
Shakiru was our Cousin - and he was disabled at birth with Paralysis of the Organs in the Body and he was abandoned by his Biological Mother but his Grandmother took it upon herself to care for him. After many years she passed on.
Since her demise nobody looked after Shakiru.
Yemi and myself always talked about Charity and the Love of God as my Father taught us- “Money is not everything but your Service to help Others is Valuable to God”.
Yemi took it upon himself to look For Shakiru. Everyone in the Village was Surprised that Shakiru has a big brother, he took him round the Town in his Car.
He Started taking care of Shakiru and his Sister Since then.
He Called and told me Mama Kunle -Every Year l will be Visiting Shakiru at Ogere God’s willing.
Yemi believed that everyone should remember the Poor within the Family, Community and help them instead of wasting resources on what is not valuable to humanity.
Yemi you have done your part in order to put a Smile on the face of the less privilege.
This Story is to invite all of us to Charitable Ventures in order to be able to spread love to others.
Yemi did what he loves to do, but now he’sno more.
The responsibility is now given unto me and you.
