My journey with Sandeep started back in 2005 when he joined the modeling team in Noida as a founding member. Over the years the relationship evolved from where it started as supervisor-subordinate one to that of a partner role and from thereon to being part of an extended family.

Sandeep had a particularly sharp intellect, and he could see through and propose path forward even in convoluted situations. Straight thinker who never hesitated to express his viewpoint or openly share a counter argument. Super quick in his thinking, Sandeep always had a logical rationale to whatever he uttered. That said, Sandeep was a simple person at heart, said what he thought, never minced words. Even so, he was a person of few words – he truly believed in and practiced a philosophy of “speak less work more”. He would talk less, but his work spoke volumes. There was never a task that he refused, never a phone call he did not take even at odd hours - he was practically available 24x7. A super talented, hardworking, dedicated and a role model for all his colleagues.

How I hoped and prayed for a miracle to restore Sandeep back in our midst.....It is an unfortunate and untimely loss for all of us who worked with him. That said, I have full conviction that where ever Sandeep goes, he will earn respected and success in all endeavors.

Thanks my Dear Friend for all you did. You will always be remembered with gratitude for all your contributions, the mentorship, and will continue to be an inspiration for the team to excel at work.
