Sandeep was one of the most sincere and hard working person I have worked with. He was  a very strong player for his team. He had a great grip on his technical affairs which explains why his arguments were heavily backed by logic.

While I had many work moments with him, my fondest memory with him was his performance in a fun event. I was directing a team skit where he was to play a funny and cool Bappi Da. One of the reason I chose him for the role was to 'experiment' if this serious techie person can portray this totally non serious role. And he cracked it, he nailed it. I still remember his stage moves while wearing big gold chain on song Jimmi Jimmi , audience shouting and clapping. Every time I have watched that scene, it brought wide smile on my face.

I can't believe such happy talented person is no more.
